Harry’s thought process was profoundly influenced by TQM based management theories of the late Dr. W. Edwards Deming.  Deming revered as No. 1 Quality / Statistical Consultant in the world.  His teachings evolved around reducing variation.  US News and World Report rated Deming’s contributions to the world as 1 of 9 “Hidden Turning Points in World History.”

Recipient of Commendation for Most Original Application of Lean Six Sigma from The Global Six Sigma and Business Improvement Awards.

Harry’s professional background includes: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Statistical Specialist), Site Examiner for NQI’s Canada Awards for Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), retired Director of Quality for $0.5 billion global enterprise, mentor, strategist, elite problem solver, visionary, sensei, researcher, author, inventor and entrepreneur.

To reduce shot dispersion to target, Harry designed a proprietary based quality oriented manufacturing process, to ensure clubs leaving their shop far exceed tour player benchmarks for consistency.  They “balance and blueprint” each club and document a total of over 300 measurements / set, covering all phases of build assembly.

Harry and Duane formulated a holistic systems approach aimed at player optimization for breakthrough improvements. Their Elite Golf Achievement Portfolio (Intellectual Assets) is over 120 pages in length.
